The Athletic Data Analytics Camp will take a deep dive into how sports data analytics plays a significant role within a variety of sports. Students will use data to discover how players are recruited, the strategy behind play calling, and how teams are managed and marketed and more.

The Athletics Data Analytics Camp will take a deep dive into sports data analytics and deliver an immersive project-based and team-focused learning experience surrounding data analytics within a variety of sports. The camp will have guest speakers, presentations, and in-person training from professionals within the sports and data analytics arena. The students will learn about college degree programs, scholarships, interns, job opportunities, and careers within data analytics across all sports. The camp will be held at Bowie State University, College of Business. The 2024 camp dates and times are July 29th - August 9th.
