Their diverse perspectives, and unwavering commitment to our mission has allowed The Brian Westbrook Foundation to help impact the lives of more and more young people year over year.

DeLontae Jenkins is the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) Deployed System Manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), leading a team responsible for developing, factory testing, deploying, and validating software and hardware updates to the JPSS Ground System before transition to operations.
A graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School, DeLontae earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bowie State University and has worked across major aerospace and satellite programs, including roles supporting NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory’s New Horizons mission, and NOAA’s Geostationary Satellite System Program. DeLontae has also served as a Ground System Engineer for the Suomi NPP and JPSS programs.
Outside of work, DeLontae is a devoted family member who enjoys exercising and supporting AAU basketball.

Terri Matthews Woodall is a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and keynote speaker with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven ventures. She is internationally recognized for strategic business planning and operational leadership, and has earned multiple awards for creating successful brands through innovative, outside-the-box thinking.
Shaped by overcoming early challenges and breaking generational cycles, Terri developed a passion for fixing what is broken, starting with herself, and applying that mindset to organizations and communities. She partners with leaders to solve complex problems, and execute growth strategies, while also investing in and mentoring women entrepreneurs.
Terri’s work spans public policy strategy, Emmy-nominated television production, and high-impact speaking engagements that motivate audiences and drive action. Sought after by global leaders for her insight and execution, she creates opportunities for herself and others, making her a powerful, barrier-breaking leader for our foundation.

Albert Soler is a Partner in Scarinci’s New York office in the Entertainment, Sports, Media, and Intellectual Property practice group, and co-chairs the firm’s IP litigation practice. He represents clients across litigation, intellectual property, corporate and business matters, licensing, and defamation, with a focus on the entertainment, sports, fashion, music, and television industries.
Before forming Soler Legal LLC, Albert was a litigator at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP handling corporate, commercial, and securities litigation and government and regulatory investigations. He is also active in emerging areas such as blockchain and NFTs, and is the founder of Beat Street Entertainment, Beat Street Music Group, and the Got Beats® Music & Entertainment Conference. Albert is a frequent legal analyst and speaker, and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Victor Roy draws on more than 30 years of investing and wealth planning experience, to lead a team that delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, industry associations, and charitable foundations. As a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Morgan Stanley Global Sports and Entertainment Director, Vic helps clients navigate public and private markets with highly customized strategies and clear guidance to support informed decisions.
Vic began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1990, joined Morgan Stanley in 1998, moved to UBS in 2009, and returned to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2022. Active in the community, he volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club, serves on the board of the Brian Westbrook Foundation, and supports DeMatha Catholic School scholarships. Vic and his wife, Marlee, have three children—Ryan, Amanda, and Ashley—and two dogs, Simba and Sandy.

Christopher Morello is a Partner and lead financial counselor with myCIO, where he has served since September 2006, providing financial planning and investment advisory services to senior corporate executives and ultra-high net worth individuals. His specialties include executive benefits, estate and philanthropic planning, and insurance planning, and he also leads the firm’s Sports & Entertainment division while overseeing seminars on financial planning, investments, retirement, and company benefits.
Chris earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2011 and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2022. He completed the Charles Schwab Executive Leadership Program in 2019 and became an NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor in 2021. Chris is active in the Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and is a devoted spouse to Liz and parent to Ben, Jude, and Grace.

Dr. Wesley Proctor serves as Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor at Victory Christian Center of Philadelphia, Inc. He also serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in Villanova University’s Department of Public Administration, where he brings a strong commitment to leadership development and community-focused service.
In addition, Dr. Proctor is the Founder and CEO of Wesley Proctor Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to advancing academic and spiritual excellence. He is deeply passionate about mentoring and equipping others, sharing resources and providing practical support to small businesses, especially nonprofit organizations, as they navigate administrative and compliance needs. His work is grounded in a desire to see communities uplifted through academic, social, and biblical principles.
