36 Ways - Jr HorseMasters
“A true horse master leads with patience, teaches with kindness, and learns with humility.”
Program Overview
Purpose
The Junior HorseMasters Program at the Westbrook Horse Farm is designed to help young horse enthusiasts grow into confident service-minded leaders in the world. It bridges the gap between learning and leading, empowering youth to take ownership of their environment, mentor newer riders, and build practical life and leadership skills through equine education.
Mission
To develop responsible, compassionate, and capable youth leaders through horsemanship, teamwork, and mentorship — teaching that true mastery isn’t just about riding well, but about caring, guiding, and giving back.
