Janet H. Percell Frazer is the Executive Director of The Brian Westbrook Foundation, leading programs, partnerships, and organizational strategy to expand youth opportunity and deepen community impact. With a 20-year career spanning marketing, entrepreneurship, and sales in global organizations, Janet brings a steady, people-first approach and a strong track record of building initiatives that last.
Janet’s roots in leadership started early through agriculture, serving as an FFA chapter president for several years. A lifelong equestrian and experienced horse farm manager, Janet has worked as Certified Veterinary Technician and earned a Certificate in Equine Welfare from UC Davis. Janet also served as Program Director for the pilot year of BWF’s 36 Ways Equestrian Program.
A Philadelphia native, Janet is a Temple University graduate and is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University. She
lives with their husband, Lance, and their son, Julian, along with three dogs and their horse Trinity, who resides at Westbrook Farm.
